From requirements to written terms
Every enquiry starts with the buyer’s or project owner’s own requirements. We confirm supply, documents and responsibilities step by step before anything is committed in writing.

Share your requirements
Grade or specification, quantity, destination, timing and delivery basis. Estimates are fine. The form shows a reference number, and we reply by email within five business days (Korea time).

Supply and document checks
We check availability with the relevant suppliers or partners, with origin evidence, inspection, payment and delivery terms. Our first reply tells you what is being checked and when to expect an answer.

Written proposal and contract
Prices, quantities, contracting parties and validity are stated in a written quotation; terms are fixed only in a separate written agreement.
Financing, where needed, remains subject to each institution’s independent assessment and approval.

Is there a minimum bitumen order?
There is no fixed minimum. We review whether the requested quantity can be shipped and what it costs. Around 20 net MT per 20ft container is a planning reference from past trades, not a guaranteed quantity.

You sign the LNG SPA with PentaBay. Share your quantity and unit, receiving terminal, delivery basis and timing; we confirm supply and terms for that request, and nothing is binding until the SPA is signed.
