What to share

Volume & timing

Tell us whether you need a single cargo or recurring supply, with a quantity, unit and desired window.

Terminal & delivery

Name the receiving terminal and whether you want FOB or delivered supply. Terminal access, slots and vessel acceptance need separate confirmation.

Credit & payment

Name the company that would sign the SPA, your expected payment method and any credit support, plus quality or terminal specifications.

    We confirm by email that your requirements are under review, ask for anything missing and tell you which supply and document checks are under way.

  3. Supply review replyWhen supplier checks are complete

    We send a written quotation with its validity, or explain what cannot be offered. Timing depends on supplier confirmation; the first reply gives an expected date.

Common buying questions

Is supply already secured?

We do not publish confirmed inventory. Availability, quantities, price and timing are confirmed for each request and become binding only when you sign an SPA with PentaBay.

Who signs the SPA?

You sign the LNG SPA with PentaBay as the selling party. It sets the quantity, price basis, delivery terms, schedule and payment terms, which are negotiated once supply for your request has been confirmed.

Can I discuss a term purchase?

Yes. Include your annual requirement, contract duration, cargo frequency and start window. A term supply commitment exists only in a signed SPA with PentaBay.

Can I request delivery to my terminal?

Choose delivered supply in the form and specify the terminal. The delivery basis, shipping scope, terminal acceptance and costs will be discussed for the proposed transaction.
