A score is a lens. The timestamp and coverage tell you how clearly you can see through it.

Behind the reading

Selected assets · readiness of observation data

Observation ready—Building history—Awaiting data—

Confirming the observation records.

“Observation ready” describes data availability. It is not a trade signal or an endorsement of a selected asset.

02 / READ THE WHOLE PICTURE

A reading, with its limits.

The same score can carry different weight when the underlying data changes.

01

Read the scale

The index places this model’s market assessment on a scale from 0 to 100. The five bands below describe that assessment. A score of 70 does not mean a 70% chance of prices rising.

02

Check what is ready

The market score and each asset’s data readiness answer different questions. Readiness means the required data is available for analysis; it does not describe the asset’s attractiveness or recommend a trade.

03

Keep the time in view

Collection targets a five-minute cycle. Publication depends on source availability and completed analysis. This page checks for updates every minute while open; it does not provide a continuous price feed.

WHAT GOES INTO THE SCORE

Five observations. One scale.

Daily market data forms the market score. The asset tiles separately show whether the observation records required for analysis are ready.

30%Trend breadth
20-day average above the 50-day average, with the closing price also above the 50-day average.
25%Relative strength to Bitcoin
30-day performance relative to Bitcoin.
20%Positive momentum
Whether the 30-day return is positive.
15%Turnover breadth
The last five days’ average turnover compared with the preceding 20 days.
10%Bitcoin market health
Bitcoin above its 200-day moving average and a positive 30-day return.

Data coverage is the more conservative of weighted data coverage and collection coverage. It describes how much of the required evidence is available; it is not forecast accuracy or a probability of a rise. Methodology: moaon-market-summary-v1.

RangeBandHow to read it
0–<40BearishA subdued reading in this model.
40–<55NeutralA mixed reading, without a clear tilt.
55–<70Early expansionStrength is beginning to broaden in this model.
70–<85StrengtheningMore of the model’s conditions are present.
85–100OverheatedA high reading also calls for attention to overheating.

These are MOAON’s model bands. This index is not the conventional percentage of altcoins outperforming Bitcoin over 90 days, and the two should not be compared as equivalent measures.

03 / A FEW USEFUL QUESTIONS

Before you draw
a conclusion.

A useful indicator should make its scope clear.

What is this index intended to show?

It is an experimental, rules-based summary of market conditions from MOAON’s public-data analysis. It helps visitors review the market with consistent context. It is not an individual coin ranking, a forecast, or a guarantee of an alt-season.

Why might the index be partial or delayed?

Some selected assets may still need enough completed hourly candles or a refreshed analysis. Partial coverage is shown explicitly. Once a snapshot’s validity ends, its score and readiness are hidden until a fresh valid response arrives. An unavailable reading is not a zero score.

Does a high score tell me to buy?

No. The score does not estimate a probability of profit, account for your circumstances, or promise future returns. Market conditions can change between updates. Use the page as market research, with your own assessment of risks and other evidence.

Where does the data come from?

The analysis uses Upbit’s public market data. MOAON prepares and presents its own index; the page does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Upbit. Times on this page are displayed in Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9).
